Important That You Know...

• To keep your kitty's tummy happy & settled, you must provide your cats regular food while they are staying at the Resort



• All cats must have proof of the FVRCP (Feline herpes / Viral Rhinotracheitis, Calici virus, Panleukopenia virus ) within the previous 3 years but at least 10 days before their stay at the Resort



• Cats with outdoor access must also show proof of rabies vaccine within the previous 3 years but at least 10 days before their stay at the Resort



• FeLV vaccine is also recommended for cats under 16 weeks of age



• If your cat has difficulty with vaccinations, please have your vet contact us with their recommendations

Check-In and Check Out Policies:

Check your kitty in anytime between 1:00 - 6:00 pm on weekdays and 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm on weekends.

Effective September 1, 2011, for check-ins between:

• 10:30 am - 1:00 pm - Free of charge, an advance appointment is required to confirm your kitty’s room will be vacant.



• 8:00am - 10:30 am - $10.00 room reservation fee, your kitty’s room will not be booked by another guest the night prior

Check your kitty out anytime between 8:00 am - 1:00 pm.

We accommodate late check-outs whenever possible but they must be pre-scheduled to confirm your kitty's room is available.

The late check-out room rental rate is $2.50 per half-hour, for a maximum of 4 hours, after which an additional night must be paid for.

Reservations

To inquire about vacancy for cat boarding, please call us at (778) 371-5271. All reservations require pre-payment of a one night, nonrefundable deposit. To check availability, we will need to know:

• The dates your cat(s) needs to check in and check out of the Resort



• A brief description of the kitties who need care, including how many cats there are and whether they need medications or have other special needs



• A Visa or Mastercard for the one night deposit
